Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Hotel Rajmata, we understand that travel plans may change. To ensure fairness to both our guests and the hotel, we have established the following Cancellation & Refund Policy.

By making a reservation through our website, telephone, WhatsApp, email, or any other direct booking channel, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their reservation by contacting Hotel Rajmata through our official communication channels or by using the booking cancellation option, where available.

Refund eligibility depends on the time of cancellation before the scheduled check-in date and time.

Refunds will be calculated on the amount paid towards the reservation, excluding any applicable non-refundable transaction charges, where permitted by law.


2. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of cancellation approval.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.

The actual credit timeline may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or payment gateway.


3. Payment Gateway Charges

Payments made through third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay, PayPal, or other authorized providers may be subject to applicable transaction or processing charges.

Where these charges are non-refundable to Hotel Rajmata, they may be deducted from the refund amount to the extent permitted by applicable law.


4. Booking Modifications

Requests to modify booking dates, room type, or guest details are subject to room availability and applicable rate differences.

Hotel Rajmata will make reasonable efforts to accommodate modification requests but cannot guarantee availability.


5. Early Departure

If a guest chooses to check out earlier than the confirmed departure date, refunds for unused nights will generally not be provided unless otherwise agreed by Hotel Rajmata.


6. Force Majeure

Hotel Rajmata shall not be held responsible for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Floods

  • Fire

  • Government restrictions

  • Epidemics or pandemics

  • Civil disturbances

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Power failures affecting hotel operations

In such situations, Hotel Rajmata may or may not, at its discretion, offer alternative booking dates, booking credits, or refunds where appropriate.


7. Third-Party Bookings

If your reservation was made through an Online Travel Agency (OTA) or other third-party platform, including but not limited to:

  • Booking.com

  • Agoda

  • Goibibo

  • MakeMyTrip

  • Expedia

  • Hotels.com

the cancellation and refund terms of that platform will apply. Guests should contact the respective platform directly for cancellation requests and refund processing.
